Services Performed
- Customer installed all new ignition components prior. Scanned to find P0300 code. Verified misfire was sequential to cyl. 2. Inspected for proper fuel injector operation and verified injector balance rate values and all are within factory specification. Tested customers new components to discover faulty spark plug is cause of misfire condition.
- Vehicle was low on refrigerant, recovered and vacuum tested. Passed leak test indicating small leak. Charged with dye. Vehicle also blows warmer on the drivers side ducts than passenger and rear indicating poor blend door function. With actuator removed and door forced either way it is functioning properly indicating a faulty blend door actuator.
- HVAC DOOR ACTUATOR – Remove & Replace – Main Unit,Front,Temperature Door,Left Side
- OIL PRESSURE SENDER OR SWITCH – Remove & Replace – [Includes: R&I Intake Manifold.]
